Client-specific services

If you access a product or hosted system provided for a Saba Labs client, your use may also be subject to that client's instructions, policies, notices, or agreements. If a separate written agreement between Saba Labs and a client applies, that agreement controls over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

Accounts and access

Some services may require an account, invitation, or approved access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Messaging-enabled services

Some Saba Labs products or client-hosted systems may include optional or service-related notifications, including SMS or similar messaging, when requested, authorized, or configured for a particular service. Message frequency varies by product and use case. Message and data rates may apply.

Where SMS messaging is used, enrollment instructions, consent language, support instructions, and opt-out methods will be provided in the applicable product, onboarding workflow, client implementation, or message flow. Saba Labs does not sell or share SMS opt-in data or SMS consent information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property

Our website, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by Saba Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms or a separate written agreement.

Third-party services
